Chest & back routine + post workout shake recipe | Vegan

Hello beautiful people!! Come train your chest and back with me today!! If your a beginner when it comes to the weights I would recommend you not do this one just yet. Get to know the weight a bit better first and when you feel comfortable enough go for it! this particular routine is for advanced weight lifters that are looking for a pretty high volume, intense toning and sculpting workout. I hope that you enjoy it!

“Key lime pie” shake
1/2 of a frozen banana
1/3 C of frozen spinach
1/2 pack of Jamba juice green fusion frozen pack
zest of half a lime
1 Tbsp of lime juice
1 serving of your favorite plant based protein powder(vanilla)**I use the Vega sport post workout
10 oz of coconut milk or water
coconut flakes for topping(optional)
