Instant Gudamba / Raw Mango jam, Easy Recipe -कच्चे आम की चटनी

Homemade easy Gudamba / kacche aam ki chatni or Raw Mango jam. Sweet mango chutney made from green mangoes, goes well with parathas, breads – recipe by “The Home Minister”

Cooking time 10-15 mins

Required Ingredients:
Kacche aam / Raw mango – 250 gm
Gur/jaggery – 200 gm
Ajwain / Carom seeds – 1/4 tsp
Kalaunji / Onion seeds – 1/4 tsp
Methi / Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Saunf / Fennel seeds – 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
